Between now and September 6, you can vote on the master plan for the new Pisgah View State Park located in Candler, NC. Pisgah View will be comprised of 205 acres and will have camping opportunities for tents and RVs as well has camper cabins for rent.
According to the plans there should be numerous structures to be used for educational purposes, making this a potentially great place for school or scout trips! At only 18 miles from Asheville this newest park will make a great base-camp for adventuring in western North Carolina. The plans (that you can vote on) include ADA accessible trails, large picnic and outdoor class room areas, and equestrian options.
But remember you have to vote before 9/6/24,
